afe replacement air filter ?

Could you use the aFe - REPLAC FILTER - STAGE 2 COLD AIR as a bhaf? Heres a link with the filter-aFe - REPLAC FILTER ONLY - STAGE 2 COLD AIR ('94-'08) DODGE-Dodge Cummins and Ford Power Stroke Diesel Truck Accessories - Geno's Garage

Get a AFE Pro-Dry Intake Setup. Just wash the filter with soap and water then let dry and your done.
