My truck running the Dyno file and now the Torque File on a HE341 rarely see's 1400 degree's. At the end of a quarter mile run it is barely creeping to 1450 degree's. Power number's in my sig are on a dynojet dyno using the old dyno tune on level 7, 4th gear, 39psi boost, 1250 dgree's max seen and 16psi fuel pressure.

well, looks like were running similar setups, numbers seem constant with what ive been seeing on the dyno. as much as i like tinkering with the ADR, im staying with my juice as my primary tuner.

I did get it from a highly knowledgeble source(held the record for most power VP truck) that 5x4 makes the most power on a dyno. 5x5 will of course help 1/4 mile times an such.

My question is how do they claim "upto 180 added hp" with the adrenaline when the
comp only claims 120 or so and TSTs fuel only box only makes upto 130?
On 5x5 I think it fuels out to 3400 without were as stock starts to defuel at 2800

We need a comparison with an TST comp box stacked with a VP smarty

they always said that the smarty did timing better than the comp box

I have only tryed SW 8 with the comp

I have heard this is a very good combo and would probobly compare allot to the adrenalin with the better low end capabillitys

so the adr had a better hp curve even though peak hp was lower and it also prduced a better 1/4mile time... are you going for just hp or do you want a better operating range of hp? i have had a tst /smarty stack and liked it. also has a edge juice stacked with a redline and that was ok now im going to have a p-pump

I don't see how the TST Box is going to "Spank" the Adrenaline since the ADRTQ tune pushes the VP to its limits already. Theres only so much fuel the VP will flow.

for that test i was looking solely for peak power, the next test will be done a little diferently.

yes luke i agree, i just trust TST to produce max power without the issues that plaged the ADR> dont get me wrong, ive gain respect for the ADR, i just think that based on the dyno, the numbers show its not as strong on my truck as some others but it does have one heck of a kick in the pants, better then the edge.

my eventual goal is a p-pump anyway, im just toying around for now

well the dyno proved that if the curves are like you said. its not all about peak hp its about usuable hp at least in my opinion. good luck though bud

i agree with you, lostnwalmart, i was simply seeing if i could break 500 hp with my current setup just by changing boxes. one of the biggest reasons im still running my edge is for simplicity, i mean i like to the tuneability of the ADR but as a daily driver, i like my edge, just personal preferance at this point in time
