Here are mine as they sit now in my truck...
Top is EGT and the Bottom is Boost.
They are the old EEP white face gauges which are no longer available anymore. The boost is turned so that the 40lb mark is straight up as is the EGT at 900(it used to be post turbo and now is in the front 3 cylinders and has been turned so the 1200 is straight up,this is a older shot)for quick glance reference so all you need to know is the needle straight up is good, beyond center is a problem. Its a old trick we used when I had my dirt late models and sprint car teams to aid the drivers who didn't get much of a chance to look down.
The digital gauge to the right is the "Intellidash" by Corsa. It hs a full sweep bar light shift light, digital tach/speedo,charging system monitor,Temp and pressure readings.I have it set up for tach(the large top numbers),EGT's(the bottom right) and boost(bottom left). The small green light next to the tach and shift light is the charging system monitor, its shows green(ok),red(low voltage) and yellow(overcharge). It will flash a signal at your pre set maximum values and hold all for the run or trip until you power the truck off.
I have tried dash pods, left, right and center, and a steering wheel pod before going to the pillar.I prefered the pillar the best which is why I used it.The Corsa system after being where it is for a year needs a different style mount and as soon as I get a chance I will change it..........Andy
