Default roaring\winding noise

I have a 2004 Dodge ram, and at around 45-5+ MPH a roaring or winding noise occurs. When I take it out of gear and cost down a hill at around the same speeds It still is present. Anybody else have the same symptoms?

I did jack up the front end of the truck and the left tire I noticed it had a little play in it like it could be a bad bearing. I'm going to replace the bearing and see if that fixes it. Could a worn bearing cause a roaring noise at higher speeds?

Thanks

Van

I believe the front left tire. I'm going to replace the wheel bearing on the left side this weekend, so I hope it fixes it.

Replaced wheel bearing assembly this weekend. This fixed the roaring\rumbling issue.
