nope, not the same tranny behind the common rails.

edge EZ with some RV275s (injectors) and a BHAF will give a nice power bump and a better air filter... however "cold air intakes" do nothing for performance. most have junk air filters and just make more noise than anything.

I have a 2000 with auto and you should spend your money on lift pump and gauges first , tranny 2nd and then get a programmer. I am running an edge comp and haul a 13,000 goose neck that is routinely overloaded and the edge comp gives me all the power I need .
but as always go with what you feel comfortable with.

Just bought an '07 cummins 6.7. Is stock. Is there something I can do, say with a tuner, to up my fuel mileage and a few horses at the same time, short of the deletes? Can't live with the 13 mpg.

get the deletes and delete programmer...

the DPF is what is killing your fuel economy...soon as you get rid of that giant potato in the exhaust you will gain a good 4+mpg
