Default Injector size and brand

Hey there im new to diesels and this tread. I have a set of used lightning 2s i believe that i bought from a friend and gave him my stock injectors. Kinda worried they might go soon since the guy drag raced with this truck and what else he did i dont quite know. The upgrades on the the truck is an edge comp box hx 40 turbo 3 piece exhaust manifold head studs 2 yr old vp 44 stock and soon an airdog 100. I did an auto to manual swap on it since i wanted one and the auto was slipping. it has a southbend twin disc clutch. I had read once tread about DAP but was curious on prices and size of injectors i should go. eventually i wanna put a devils own meth kit on it to cool egts and forgot to mention im putting a pyro gauge, boost and tranny temp gauge on it.

Please let me know your opinions and set ups on them anything i mentioned in there as well. I am currently deployed and wanting to have everything bought before i get back.

Anyone know where i could maybe send the injectors to have them tested in or around Mountain Home ID.

lightning II's are from scheid diesel they are a good injector and pricy.. the people i know with the DAP's really like them, there good injectors.. how big do you wanna go??? you could always ask are vendors for a price quote, tell them the set up on the truck and ask what they would reccomend..

so what size injectors did you buy off of your buddy??? for our trucks schied sells 150hp, 100hp, and 50hp injectors thats whats advertised on there web site.... do you just wanna have them pop tested and maybe refreshend to make sure there good????

I did a quick google search and found a shop called BT Diesel Performance in Meridian,Idaho, says it is 54 miles from mountain home.. you could always check out the idaho diesel power web site as well i believe its a chat site for all the idaho folks

I was under the assumption that they were 75 but ima say they were 100 over then and yea that might be my best bet I tried looking for shops but came up with nothing since I'm in a foreign country right now and it was just giving me problems. Thanks a lot man this helps a lot ill prob pull them and take them up there when I gt back how long does it take for them to pop and refresh them do u know would it be cost effective to buy another set give them mine and then when there done try to sell the other set or keep them

if I was going to buy injectors I would go with ducky fuel injection injectors. and same for pop testing them. he is reasonable on price. check them out, they are a dealer on here
