Default EJWA Stopped Working after Installing New Batteries

I left my dome light on for a couple of days and drained my batteries. So I tried to jump it with just 1 car battery but of course that didn't work. Well when I was trying to jump it the EJWA was turning off and on with the truck, and I think that's when something happened to it because I noticed a message saying that it couldn't connect with the truck or something like that. Didn't really give it much thought at the time, the batteries were over six years old and near the end of their expected life (75 months) so I decided to go ahead and install 2 new batteries. Put in the new batteries and the truck fired right up. The EJWA woldn't come on and just beeped every 10 seconds or so. I thought that maybe if I installed updates that may fix the problem. I installed the updates with the fusion software and got a message saying that everything was successful. The monitor did work just fine when hooked up to the computer downloading the updates. Put it back in the truck and now it won't come on or do anything. The truck runs fine but it feels like it is back to stock. Called Edge and they had me check the cigarette lighter fuse, which was good and a fuse for the interior lights, also good. He mentioned that I should check the fuse for the OBD2 port as it might be burnt out but I don't know which one that is. I also tried unplugging the EJWA from the OBD but that didn't work either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I finally got my EJWA working again. Called Edge and explained my problem to them. They had me return the attitude and the cable from the OBD and the cable from the juice. Turns out the software was corrupted so they reprogrammed it. I installed it in my truck last night and everything works great. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and shipped it out the same day they got it. And the best part, they fixed it under warranty so it didn't cost me anything (except $10 to ship it to UT). Tech support was great and the service I received from them was better than I expected. Big Thanks to the Edge Team..
