Default No FP again. DONE WITH THIS!!!!!!!!

I look at my FP gauge just before I pull in the driveway and it's at 4psi. This is getting real friggin old folks. I have reengineered the fuel system 2 different ways and nothing can maintain pressure. Tired of fixing the same problem due to low quality crap. I'm on my 2nd No flow dead dog, 2nd draw straw and plumbed this thing 2 different ways and still cannot get fuel from point A to B in a reliable way. I have spent more time and money making fuel move than I have spent fixing my last 5 trucks all together and I haven't even owned the turd for a year yet. I need this thing to run, not give me any more practice twisting a wrench (I gave that up a long time ago for a reason).

No more dodge, no more diesels, no more aftermarket, as all I've seen is crap from aftermarket lately. Going back to Ford and gas, won't even recommend cummins anymore after all these years. Anyone want a '01 2500 2wd very clean and only 60,000 miles? Get it now cause I'm dumping this bucket of 💩 as fast as I can.

So you won't recommend Cummins because of a fuel supply issue? The problem is NOT the Cummins, if anything its the Dodge wrapped around it. I'm really not sure what your plumbing woes are, but it shouldn't be that hard. I've had mine on my truck for 3 years, and mostly trouble free. Had a DSV I, and didn't like th e1/4 tank issues. Went to a DSV V, and it's been trouble free ever since.

Sorry, I got a little crazy putting down the big C, still love the engine, just got a little carried away and had to vent some anger before my truck got a visit from a 930SPX.

The pump runs like hell but it's getting air. Nothing leaking out, drained a sample from my prefilter (actually a seperator) and had 5 tiny droplets of water is all (normal south florida). I'm thinking the draw straw gave up or one of the fittings are leaking air.

I'm discouraged because I bought the truck for the cummins and for what I have seen them handle in heavy equipment and boats. The engine is great, just seems that everything supporting the engine is a nightmare and aftermarket looks good and works great for a short period of time. I got it cause I got tired of week transmissions, underpowered gas engines and fixing crap...... but here I am fixing crap on a monthly basis.

All this modify this and that to make it just work is crazy. I don't use my boat anymore because I am working on my truck, it's supposed to be the other way around!!! I am supposed to complain about the boat, not the truck.

I can understand the frustration, I have a long "To do" list for my truck. I am more than happy to offer any help I can give through a screen for your situation. If you like, just let me know.

RA, you have class my friend.... always there for all of us. I here the AD quick connects are a common issue and going to look there and check all the hoses. I just can't bring myself to drop the tank again though.
