So I've had this installed on my truck now for several months and every once in a while it gives me the same problem. This time though it doesnt seem to be resetting itself so I need yalls help.
The other day I got in my truck to grab some food and everything was working fine. I turned my truck off in the drive through to order and turn it back on, now my ejwa is saying it wont connect to juice........... WTF.
I've checked all the wires, disconected the battery tried to reset the ECM, the fuse is not blown, and I've disconnected the attitude CS and pluged it back it....Nothing...... Please help

so i just went out to mess around with it since its sunday and all and i swithed where the fuse is pluged into from the a/c clutch to the oxgen sensor and now it works. WTF. did it burn up something ? should i be concerned

i have a edge cs juice w/ attitude and its done great for the past 5 months and today i crank my truck and its not loading telling me that "A problem has occured and the device needs to reboot. Please unplug the device from the OBDII port and plug back in." ive done this and everytime i do it i get the same message. is there anyone that can help me with this issue or had similar problems any thing will help at this point ive checked every connection and did updates on the device even set it back to factory but nothing has fixed the problem.
