Hey guys i have a problem i have a banks exhaust brake on my 1998.5 dodge 5 speed. When it is on and i push in the clutch to downshift it suddenly drops my rpms all the way down to about 200 rpm and jumps back up to idle. Sometimes it will even stall the engine. Any help.

 

I'm not familiar with the Banks unit, but it sounds like a bad signal from the TPS (APPS). The brake should turn off when the throttle is release. Is this a new problem, or was the brake just installed and this problem happened?
