Also, lifting your truck effects aerodynamics, the higher up the lower the MPG.

That's crazy!
I've been getting 15-16 with the winter fuel in town.
I did a road trip 2 weeks ago, when I got home, I was gettin 23.4MPG!
Stock other than Superchips Max Microtuner on "HI-Perf", BHAF, Raptor LP, and 4" TBE to a 8" miter cut.
305/70/r16's and 3:55's..
Gear ratio I'm sure really played a part in that mileage.

Leveling the truck will not affect aerodynamics to the point where it affects MPG. If you havent adjusted the valves in the last 50K get it done. Not sure who said is there anything wrong with the radiator but I havent seen a Cummins radiator affect MPG. Overheating issue yes. Bad MPG, radiator is at the bottom of the check list.

I am getting the same 13-15 mpg with a manual i heard they get worst mpg than the autos. I have a 2001 new stock vp 44 airdog 100 lift pump 4in exhaust BHAF and turbo boost orifice and edge comp tuner on level 3 and 285 715 16 tires no lift. Any help would be great. I used to get 20 before my injection pump and lift pump went out.
