hi i just got a 12v cummins 1994 with 150k my turbo recently decided to suck something in and rip chunks off of the compression side (air box side) if im right i have a few questions

1. whats the best way to go about getting a new turbo for cheap or rebuilding.
2. wheres the peices. how do i remove them (shut motor right off didnt have any psi at time.
3. im on a budget and need to get it done fast ebay hx 40? hybird re build

4. what do i look for when ordering inlet and outlet side and flange
any turbos for sale?
