Default Advanced timing in relation to rpms

Is there a given rpm for degrees of timing advanced? I've read no more the 16* for stock bolt/head gasket. I'm going to be car pooling to work next week so I will be able to tear into my truck and do the front cover gasket, kdp, advance the pump timing, tighten up my 4k gsk a couple more clicks, install the rest of my 60# springs, fuel pressure gauge and possibly ofv mod, re torque heads bolts a little tighter than factory spec. Nice week of truck time but anyways is there a given number of timing related to rpms ? I have 4.10s 265 75 16s and rarely tow so I would not mind giving up some more bottom end if it will make my truck accelerate quicker. The truck is my dd when not car pooling and the last merge lane that turns into one lane leaving town to my job site is the highlight of my morning so any extra help getting out in front of the other lane is great mini vans were beating me before the gsk/afc mods. Just want to make the most of my 4k gsk. Thanks!
