Default Performance mods. Any and all

I have a 97 4wd 5 spd manual dodge diesel. Clutch slave cylinder feels like its going as sometimes when I put the clutch in it sinks right to the floor. But that's beside the point. I was thinking about a 6 spd tranny swap, a new clutch, maybe a new turbo, cold air intake, anything. I need suggestions of brands for parts and recomended shops for work to be done. I live in Sicamous B.C Canada. I use the truck for running hot shot up in the Riggs and I also do a fair amount of off roading. Any and all help would be appreciated.

You can go as mild/wild as you want with HP on a 12v.... But first things first you need basics. Upgraded clutch like you said, gauges, lift pump, and if you plan on running a lot of boost you'll need studs and a new head gasket!

Can you bolt up an nv5600 right to a 2nd gen 12 valve with an nv4500 stock?

you will need a new bellhousing, shifter, clutch, and possibly a new cross member depending on how late of a 97 he has
