Default 95 cummins upgrade tips needed.

I have a 95 cummins 12 valve. I was just wondering if anyone could Give me some good ideas or tips to get some more horse power out of it. And in which order should I do the upgrades? Pretty much stock. Has 50k on rebuild. I think the pump is turned up alittle cause it will lay down some smoke. Has diamnond eye 4" turbo back. Cool air intake. Has nvr4500 5 speed. 410 gears with lockers. Any ideas?

well sounds like you got the first stuff good she breathes good. next would be to turn the pump up and get a #100 plate or make one. and make sure you get a fass pump or the likes to keep the fuel pressure good. its all up to the budget you have. also are you gonna be using it as a street truck or sled truck or both?

Also! My fuel gauge don't read and empty gas light stays on...I went to all parts stores and the only thing they pull up is a mechanical pump...i sn't it a sending unit that reads fuel levels?
