a non wastegated 14cm exhaust housing is $200. though at that point you have $450 spent on a hybrid, which could be put toward a good used turbo.

Yeah i hear ya just trying to find a good used turbo can be a challeng. How many extra ponnies does that hybrid give ya and what kind of egt drop 50 to 100?

thats about impossible to guess. it will help but not much. a 14cm housing will let you rev higher with a few less *'s on the pyro

Guess i will just keep looking for a REAL turbo upgrade not that the hybrid is bad but i guess i want a little more. Thanks for your input

hybrid will support 450hp with decent egts if u dont tow heavy...atleast in my experience

Well on the poor guys budget it might have to work as I've been bombing my 92 and trying to save for a tripple disk as well,new piston lift pumps for both trucks blah blah blah it never stops!!!!!!

did you actually dyno 450? or you think it was near that? and what was your hybrid setup?

Does anyone know if a kit like this requires any machining work or is it bolt and go?
