Default Crank case breather?!

Well to start I've read that the stock breathers aren't built that well in the first place. But when I turn my motor harder than normal it pukes just alil bit of oil outta the dip stick tube. So could I possibly just need a better crank case breather system. I was looking at one from haisley machine. Do u think it'd work well. Here's the link. Input appreciated

No link my friend. I am sure you could build one yourself for a lot less. I know people put a breather on each valve cover.

I don't think it's supposed to be throwing oil back out of the tube, it sounds like you've got something more going on here than the breather. I'm no 12valve specialists, so I may be wrong. Good luck man

I went to are local speed shop and got the K&N breathers and drilled a hole in 1,3, and 5 valve covers, then welded a piece of 3/4 inch pipe about 1" tall to each one and clamped each filter to that, Cost me like 35 bucks that way

95taylor331. Did u ever have the problem I'm having when u turned the motor harder. Like I said. It's the only time it does it. Just cruising or getting up to speed it won't do it.

I never had this problem, Honestly my best guess is you have some blow by, The filters might help realease the blowby pressure and prevent it, One way you can find out is pull your oil cap off , go run it hard for a min and see if it has spit any out your dip stick

Ten four. Thanks. I'll go try it after I get my tranny fixed. Yesterday after work my fith gear nut came off so I'll be fixing that this weekend. But if anyone else has an idea please chime in. Any and all input is appreciated

Not to change the subject but dont tack the nut, If you ever need to rebuild the tranny you will have to replace the output shaft, Just get the nut with the set screw, I believe its like 26 bucks
