Crank case breather?!
Definitely caused by excessive crank case pressures, doesn't mean
Anything is wrong, just means your factory breather is plugging up. Although excessive blow by can still cause the dipstick to act as a vent if theres more gasses to get rid of than the stock vent can handle.

i heard that the stock crankcase breather gets plugged causing it to blow out of the dipstick. try pushing a piece of wire up the breather tube along the drivers side by the starter and see if that helps.
i have a similiar tappet cover an theres no baffle in it so there is a pretty good amount of oil coatin the underside of the truck from the hoses. i dont recomend gettin one with out a baffle unless you want to mark your "spot" everytime you park the truck
another good but a little pricey option is cummins two valve cover breather system, it connects two valve covers with a breather on top, it helps a lot if you put two sets on (4 valve covers and two breathers and plug the factory breater hole bc it moves the vent higher up on the engine only drawback, other than the price, is you cant use the dodge cummins valve cover piece that goes from front to back. here is a link to a photo of what im talking about. http://www.dieselstorm.com/index.php...d8f8fub39li2k4
