Default hx35/40 work stock???

im building my truck for the work stock class and cant find any solid benifits of the hybrid set-up. im looking to be running well into the 400's as i am very close right now with my poor hx35. what is going to be the best avenue for me to pursue with the turbo?

thanks

hx35/40 is a decent upgrade. you can modify the exhaust side to your benefit. if your at 400 on work stock class your fine. dont beat on a small turbo like that. set your truck up to run efficiently with your turbo set up, if you want more power keep modding and buy a bigger charger and move up into a different class.

the plan is to limit myself to the work stock class. i have a bad problem with wanting more. my truck is to nice to turn into a puller. would love a 62/65/12 but that leaves the door open for more. LOL just trying to squeeze as much as i can out of this class and still have a rock solid reliable truck.

and the cowl on your truck is sweet

No, it requires a different manifold and electronics to run the vgt vanes, I believe fleece sells the kit. About 500 bucks. I would get te hybrid and do little mods and run that. Thanks the hood was good upgrade. Trucks sold now tho. Haven't been on here in awhile

it can be with a little work, as for controlling the vgt no need for a fancy controller you can rig it up to work like a wastegate. Just take a little time
