HI i got a 94 cummins and i want to know whats the best turbo i can buy for it,thanks

Depends on what kind of power your wanting to make and what you already have done to your truck......

A good starter turbo is a 62/65/14 or 62/65/12

im trying to get around 500hp, and currently i have no fuel plate and afc soon to be tuned and guages and thats it, what size injectors should i have for that amount of horse and what size turbo would be recommended.

With as much specifics as you can think of about what you do with your truck, what you want to do, and what mods. You are considering. He is good to work with. I went with a 63/68 and it is pretty fun.
