Default Laser Cut DV help!

Guys i need some help, i just got done installing the laser cut dvs. I start the truck and it wont idle unless you give it some throttle. Its also kinda sounds like its missing too. Could it be the i didnt snug the lines up enough? Thanks for your help in advance guys

lap the DV's and see if that helps otherwise they fucked the seating area up.

mine did the same thing. it would ideal after running for 5 mins. but would hall *** down the road never figured it out just went back to 181's and now its all good

Do you think air in the lines would cause it to do that? I don't think so but I was told that that maybe the problem.

bleed the lines. just loosen the nuts on top of the injectors starting at 1 then crank the motor till fuel comes out for a second or two then tighten the line u can do #2 and 3 and 4 too all the way to #6 if u want but yeah its a good idea to see if u have air in the lines. wat injectors are u running just a thought they might be bad if everything else checks good. if it was me id pull the dv's and have them checked at a shop.

Its not the lines, more than likely they did a **** poor job cutting them and got the seat and they aren't closing or opening fully.

To lap them take them out, take a drill, put the valve in the chuck, put WD40 on the DV and run the valve in and out of the seat, may work but more than likely it wont.

alright so heres the story, i tried everything and nothing. So i put the old DV's back im and the same story, wont idle & still kinda missing. Any theories?
