how are you getting 20 mpg? I get 16 if I don't smoke at all and keep it below 55 mph. Granted my 4.10 gears don't help but seriously, what all did you do?

NO plate?? I was looking on ebay and there are some plates that are $30, for the kit where most are over $200. link is http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Dodge-Cummins-Diesel-Fuel-Torque-Plate-100-100-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem5198dc1511QQitemZ35045 6911121QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccesso ries#ht_969wt_1167[/URL]

The best milage i have got with my cummins was 25mpg a few years ago. and that was driving at 2k RPM's the whole time.

How is it running with out a fuel plate? My truck has lost a lot of power in the last 6 months, I just replaced the fuel filter, pre filter and I am half way through replacing the rubber section on the fuel lines. Next is the fuel plate and waste gate, any one have any good affordable places to get a new waste-gate? (out of work and in school right now so money is tight)

You can grind your own #100 plate fairly easy or Whit sells them at $30 plus your old plate.
