Advice Needed
ok do what u want but remember this isnt my first week playin with these trucks and pulling the fuel plate is not gunna help u and its not working backwords i guess this is why everyone from comp d was sayin this forum is a joke and full off kids that just like to blow smoke
Well I'm not just a kid wanting to blow smoke, I'm trying to get some good input/advice on the best setup for a pulling truck. After this summer it probably won't ever see the road again just the track. And I havnt pulled the plate I was just suggesting it to see if it would be a good idea or not.
im just sayin that if he wants a second opinion there is a good guy that is completely neutral on the subject that could give him advice i wasnt dropping names if u dont like running a fuel plate then dont run one i was just giving him my input like he was asking
oh u mean a like the 13mm pump thats on my truck? yes i do know the difference and like i said this has nothing to do with u and me the guy wanted advice i gave him mine so can we just drop it and give this thread back to its owner?
i've been running plateless for well over a year now with absolutely no negative effects. well except for a smoked stock auto trans.... but that has been taken care of. i firmly believe the only time a fuel plate should be in the pump is if your trying to baby a stock trans or clutch...
