Here's the Diesel Power magazine article I was telling your dad about. It has lots of pictures so you it should be easy for you.

They used a Piers kit for theirs but it looks to be the same as others.

that is the best price and the most complete kit ive seen, DEFINATELY A GREAT PRICE TOO!!!!!!!!!, alot easier than trying to hunt around for the parts to build a kit from scratch.....

I need to replace the timing cover gasket anyways may aswell tab the kdp while I am in there!
