Default Runaway loping idle?????

I though I'd start this new thread with some concerns I have. I run a 96 cummins 215hp pump. I removed the fuel plate, turn the starwheel all the way, turned the smoke screw in as far as I could, installed a 2095 Mack rack plug, I also cut the stop bolt so when your WOT the throttle leakage travels further. I have a s300 64/71/14 turbo on it as well. I'm having head work done as we speak and I was wanting to put 5gsk with my stock injectors. Now keep in mind that I drive my truck respectfully. Even with 5gsk the truck will only be going to 4,000 rpm or so. I still have stock injectors and dv's but will be upgrading in the future. With all that being said I can deal with the loping but it's the runaway that concerns me. The cylinder head is being decked, o ring, and ported. What do you guys think? Should I worry about the big BOOOOM!!!!!
