My advice , is to MAKE SURE you can beat him, if you cant beat him dont start talking too big or your going to be the one who looks clueless. no offence , JMO.

Why not just race for fun, that way no matter who wins , no one is out 500 bucks, and no one walks away feeling butthurt.

yea dvs are in the truck it smokes quite a bit more not rediculous and i dont know why the hell it would but it actually runs cooler by about a hundred dgrees when opening it up... and is probaly 30ish horse more i cant deffinately feel the diffrence my new boost gauge is coming on thursday so ill be able to see how much bosst that little ****** is actually pushing... 35lb gauge maxes before my foot gets to the bottom hahah
im putting new headbolts in on wednesday aswell any tips on those guys? thanks a bunch!

Just to follow the recommended factory pattern for replacing the bolts, never hurts. Gonna put mine in prob a couple of weeks

Also watch how often you push that turbo. Im not saying dont ever run it over 35, but do it too much and you wont even be able to race him

dip the threads in oil before torqueing them down

Would arp torque lube be better?

torqued those guys down to 155 and just picke up a USB bell turbo by pius so hahah so its no longer a question... tahnks for all the advice though!
