Ok so i have a buddy that has a 97 with no plate, marine injectors, schied did the pump (stock), 3k's, ported ats exhaust manifold, cfm plus intake, 60lbs springs, and i think thats about it. So now the question, his egts are between 1000 and 1200 degrees. I am going to time it for him. What is your guys suggestions for timing and how much do you think it will help the egts? We are thinking somewhere along the lines of 18.5's. I cant really say... Just looking for a little insight from you guys.

 

with the 155* pattern 16.5 runs the best

with the wider cone it takes less static advance to spray out of the bowl
