Default new turbo

here it is
still workin thru the break in period. took it for about a 60 mile trip keepin it under 15psi, which was pretty easy considerin the main road has 4 inches of snow on it right now. another 90 miles n i can open her up. i cant believe how loud this thing whistles, i love it. installation wasnt too bad, had some trouble with the oil return line but we got it.

thanks to KT performance!

Break in period? How do u properly break one in. I thought you just let it idle for a few mins and take off

break in is pretty simple, add oil before you start the truck add oil to the turbo, run it for a few mins, and go have fun. thats right from BW

If you go off your driveline angle you won't have a binding issue with bars. Think about it, they wouldn't want the slider to constantly be working or it would wear it out before you knew it.

yep its a dtech, the 5x12's seem like the perfect amt of fuel for the turbo. if ur gettin 5x14's u might wanna go with somethin a little bigger.

hmmmmm. well the reason I'm wanting to go with the 62/65 is because I want something fast spooling so I can throw a HT3B or S400 series underneath it later and use it as a primary in a set of twins. and I want the 5x.014's so I can provide plenty of fuel to the twins when it comes time for that.

you think with the 62/65/12 and 5x.014's I could run a #100 plate or so about 3/4 forward to help take some of the fuel out?
