um.... i dono what to say..... that space is too tight between the AFC housing and the injector lines for me to attempt that..... a couple of wacks with the hammer and cold chissle should get her done..... the bolt head is perty soft....

Ya I think my egts will be ok I made 1200* the other day on a really steap hill in third WOT.

Hehehe , You gotta think, We use a 18 inch long chisle and one bump (Not to turn or cut the bolt) It'll twist out with your fingers! Sorry if that was confusing!

wow I used a hacksaw blade on my friends its all I had around then an impact screwdriver. for mine I went the dremel route cuz the whole pump was out of the truck.

i went the dremel route it worked great

I guess I am the odd man out, I used a cutting torch to blow the head off the bolt

geez a blow torch! that can't be good for the rubber seals
not to mention all the fuel lines right there

I've got 3 ASE Techs, I think i've got mine together! I Explained why i did what i did!! You should see how these guys take off fan clutches in the dealerships

if it is anything like how I do it I'll the last one I ended up welding the wrench to the nut because it was rounded off.... the look on the guys at sears when I took the wrench with the fan still on it in there to swap it was priceless
