Its called a t4i flange
from what i have heard you can just ream out the holes with a diegrinder, take the studs out and match them up. possibly port your stock manifold a little bigger to match. and another way to go about doing it would be a wastegate to control the vanes. seems to work pretty well and there is some writeups on here and on other sites about how to do it. seems pretty easy

that looks pretty good!... just looking back at the video, he had a second dashpot and spring setup which enabled using it as an exhaust brake... which is really nice... it doesn't *look* like this setup will have the braking feature
what I like about using one of these is you eliminate both the wastegate and the engine brake... you actually simplify things with it

search different sites like cummins forum and compitition diesel they have threads on this turbo and if you just have the waste gate to activate it it will not have the exhaust break also when you let off the gas the turbo will bark a lot of people use a double acting air cylender and i think put boost on one side a drive preasure on the other. i'm new to this to so don't quote me on all this but this is what i have gotten from what i have learned
I just picked one up it was a dealer take off after 13K the guy had an issue they changed the turbo and the problem was still there so needless to say I got a good runnin turbo for 50 bucks
so now how do I put it on the 90 hmmmmm
