anybody running scheids adjustable fuel plate?
thoughts or opinions on this? im p pumping my first gen soon and im think of deleting the whole afc and get the adjustable fuel plate
it'd be just like gutting the AFC and running a 0 plate. only benefit would be you could have a very moderate 0 plate, or a heavy fueling 0 and anything in-between. if they could get different profiles to mate with their adjustable mechanism then they'd have a good product. it just seems like it's more glam than anything.
yeah it isnt made for anything short of 100% competition trucks. its purpose then is to adjust fueling depending on track conditions.
has anyone ever made an adjustable plate? Like a truly adjustable plate to run different profiles with. like those toys where you press your hand into it and shows the profile of your hand. Like that type of stuff but make it be able to hold that position. I was just wondering. Thought it sounded like a good idea to me right now
Well my truck is going to be street driven and a sledpuller eventually the reason I thought about going with it is cause my afc housing on my pump is kinda junk so I thought bout just getting rid of all of it
