afc housing and pump
You will probably get more power out of it if you tune your afc rather then "maxing" everything out. Get the AFC spring kit and put the lightest spring in. Back your pre-boost screw and starwheel out and adjust n tune them to get the best spoolup out of your turbo. Take the cupped washer out and either grind it down or replace it with a different washer to allow the afc arm travel all the way back, so you have full range adjustability in your setup.
A little timing (14-16.6) will help cold starts any thing more hurts them. I'm not saying more is bad, I took mine to 18 this past summer and defiantly noticed a harder start when the temp dropped below freezing. Nuthin bad though

I had BD to my pump for me and they couldnt say s**t bout their pumps but i squeezed alittle info out of them. When you bore out the barrel, the only thing your doing is allowing more fuel to come in. But im not sure how much you can bore it.But i could see a difference with it.
