What are your future mods looking like? How far are you going to take it? I bought my FASS 150 because I don't want to have buy another pump if I go beyond what a 100 could supply. They will supply what you need, but not too much.

IMO I'd skip on the airdog for now, and go with some kind of tranny upgrades to prepare you for taht 400 mark... Unless your stock LP is done for spend the money on something else that will benefit you later on and make your truck reliable. The LP of the 12v are pretty stout and numerous people have gone into the 500s without a FASS/Airdog

Oh alright.. I just say it said auto tranny in your sig... Alot of people over look it as a weak point. But yeah, I have to agree go with a Airdog 150. That'll be a good pump for a 400hp truck and it leaves you room to grow.

I honestly can't say from expeirence how high you can go, but mine with the 40 psi spring in it keeps my fuel pressure up right where it needs to be. Never had a problem with it so far, and it's almost 2 yrs old. But I do know this, we have a guy in our club down here that dynoed a little under 800hp on his 3rd gen and he was using an Airdog 150.

When you remove the stock LP you put a block plate on the block. Alot of guys use a big block chev fuel pump block off plate for their trucks... I'm not to sure what it does to be honest...
