Airdog2 question- looking to buy but need some answers

Wow!!! Thats definately good to know and yeah I have heard that too and I have also heard that just leaving the mounting bracket over it will seal it to or something

the reason for the block off plate is, cause the rod that goes in there rides off the cam lobe for the stock pump. so unless you want oil coming out of your motor then put in on there!

Hahaha oh dam I was told that the original mounting bracket will cover it will it on a 95??

I'm having fuel pressure issues, and will be checking my lift pump (it's new) and the lines this weekend. I gave some thought to switching to an Airdog or Fass. Has anyone gotten a noticable gain in power just by switching to one of these systems when there stock lift pump was working fine? It's a lot of money to spend if I don't really need it. My hp will max at 500 or so.

i got a airdog 2 165 on my 97 puller. i know it helps at high rpms. i carry about 40 lb fuel pressure

i would check the rubber lines on the back of the motor an make sure you dont have any leaks.. would prolly be a good idea to check pressure

Hahaha man! Just got a 165 for an amazing deal with diesel pap talk about an outstanding guy! And great customer service! He made sure I was happy with everything before he sold it to me. Will definately be doing more business thanks mr Tony!
