Default how much torque??

so im pretty sure my tc wont hold my power levels anymore and im trying to decide which tc to go with, lately the tranny has been shifting a little weird and now when i put the pedal on the floor it goes no where, dumps out lots of smoke but goes no where really fast,

i found a billet tc good for 850 ft/lbs of torque but i have a feeling im over that, what do you guys think im putting down for torque with all stuff in my sig? thats a new tc for $400, the next one up is good for 1250 ft/lbs and is $800 but i also have to get a $400 billet flex plate with it, im probally going to put a full race shift kit in the tranny while its out, the transgo TFOD-HD2

i would go with a proven name tripple disk tc.
suncoast or georend
as try backing off your star wheel a bit. to much fuel before than hx40 can kick in

plan on spending a extra 850 if you go with a tripple disc as you will need a billet input shaft as your stock shaft will not last long

its a diff feeling then the turbo kicking in, it goes to 3k likes its in neutral, still has lock-up, 3rd and od, i figured out that i just burned my forward clutch pack up, pulling the tranny tonight and hopefully pulling it all apart tommrrow, im going to put in the hd aluminum accumulator and servos along with a shift kit, and hd band strut, anchor, and the band apply lever, either the 5:1 or 4.2:1, any suggestions on which one?

has anyone heard of making the coolings to the tailshaft bigger or modifing them in someway???? i have heard mentions of it here and there but nothing solid
