S300 62/12 and DDP 4k springs, leave the delivery valves alone or ask if anyone has some 181's layin around, why not do the intake springs they are cheap

deff better turbo, from what i have heard 191 are good for the street but you need 2 upgrade your turbo

i put 181s in mine and i love them, they are a good upgrade over your stock ones and dont cost near as much as the 191s, deff do the rack plug and afc mods also,

yes you should put 60 lbs springs on the intake side as well. Take your pick of s300's with a 62 mm compressor wheel. since your going to be pulling trailers the 65 exhaust wheel would give the best spool up. If your looking for the best all arround charger give Engineered diesel a call about there 62/68 chargers.

For the pump add the rack plug, tune the afc, and remove or add a 0 plate.

The above mods should have you at 400hp or more. But remember, more horsepower means increased cylinder presssure, so you're going to need the high strength head bolts or studs to keep from blowing your head gasket.
