whats the point in running an aftermarket turbo that lights at say...1400rpm when u quit fueling at 2300? waste of money with out a gsk. hands down one of the best cheap mods to do to a 12v imo

right but cummins have wayy more power at lower rpms they tend to fall on there face after about 3k im not saying your wrong but im not saying that a gsk is everything its nice but even a stockish (pump turned up) is very powerful and is very willing to tow anything just a lil smokey...

Rpm's=power. End of story. The more rpm's you can turn, the more power you can make. The stock fueling is very limited. Installing a gsk allows more fueling throughout the entire rpm band, which is good. No if's and's or but's about it.

I understand that... but thats like saying cummins make plenty of power on stock boost and fuel, so why bother turning those up?!

for the everyday person they do make enough power... but its a power thing most diesel ppl cant leave things alone... once you have turned it up and made power youll never stop... aot of ppl do leave there trucks stock

Thats find and dandy.. but to say a gsk is "stupid" or "worthless" would be plain ignorant.
