Man this is such a pain in the a$$ its unbelievable. I have work non stop and a lot going on right now and dont have time for this $h*t.

As far as driving it easy, wont egt's be ridiculously hi and fuel consumption the same w/ the extra air not being forced into the cylinders?

There's no difference when driving out of boost.

I was under the impression that even when not in boost it's still relying on that "tiny boost" of a few psi to breath and fuel properly? So just driving a few miles or to the store or whatever isn't too bad?

Sure, but you have to start somewhere and a boost leak check should be simple. If that's ruled out, you know where to go next

Damn timing sucks. Doing the timing and checking for boost leaks is really going to suck. I'm not motivated to do either.

And that's why mines goin to the local diesel shop to get the timing checked/bumped up
