Some rims smoked cab lights, smoked 3rd brake light, maybe raise the rear up 3" (so when you pull you aint looking at the sky)

 

One of those retractable power steps so you don't have to climb like a monkey to get in. It does my heart good to see a girl in a big truck, as long as she can drive it! A little window tint might bring it all together. You've done well so far, good job! It looks great.

 

My wife can drive the hell out of my dually. It's "awe" inspiring, to say in the least.

was thinking remove the black molding along the side of the truck.. put some smoked cab lights to match the tailights.. tint the front door windows.. an maybe some type of nerf bar/step

thats what i would do if its my truck.. other wise looks really clean..
