okay guys so i need some opinions should i convert my 12v to a 24 or port and polish my head i got ?

Putting a 24v head on is very involved for all the more you get out of it.

x2 unless you want to change pistons, injectors,injector lines, and things along these lines then I would keep the 12v head.
