Default good clutch???

southbend dynamax ofek singel disk rated at 475 hp 1000 ft lb anybody run one before or have one i think this is clutch i need just wanna be sure i'm looking to run a 100 plate 60 horse inj. on about 35 pounds of boost with a 215 pump tweaked of course any info on this would be great thanks

i dont think southbend makes a bad clutch period. just my $.02

get a double disk and the input upgrade. its a lot of money but worth it. thats my .02

DD and big input learn from my bad choices. It's a chunk of money but it beats pulling everything out to redo it.

Best Idea and well worth your time....

Call Peter and chat with him about your truck and your goals,he will then tell you what your options are and help you from having to do it twice.

Patience though when you call him as he is a busy man.Sometimes he may be busy and you will have to leave a message and he will call you back when you tell him to.

thanks guys i called southbend and toldem what i was looking for they said the same thing u guy's did dueldisk it is i'm ordering it next week $1100 is a bit steep but you know what they say ( performance cost money how fast u wana go)

im guessing since it was 1100$ you got the 3250 street dual disc.? ive ran that clutch its great. you cal throw all the power you want at it and it will take it. just dont sledpull with it i learned the hard way by snapping the spacer plate between the 2 clutchs in half peter over at southbend is building my new clutch should be done by wendsday

yea dd is worth the extra coin and time i know a guy that went single and then burned it up .. he is now dd and now is pshin a lot more ponies with no problem
