opinions on mods
I got a 96 12v and some basic mods. I would like it to be a street/strip kinda thing. I'm fittin to take it to a shop here in WV and get some work on it. I drive up here (WV) from texas so reliability is important. I have to have a clutch and new tires, radiator and leaks fixed. I wanting some opinions on what to do next. I'm think studs (or mighty diesel allen bolts) pyro and boost guage, head gasket, port and polish, boost elbow, and 60lbs springs and 4k gov spring. If theres something that is a great upgrade of the cost i'd like to know.
I need to turbo up cuz its smokey as hell from the pump mods and 300marine injr's.

I may tow a boat but we live on the lake and its not big. I don't have a tow hitch and doubt i'll add one. Mostly wanting to kill stuff light to light or on the 1/4mi. Me and my brother are in comp. with one another and so far he's kicking my ***. I really want not to smokey of power (unlike it is now, super smoky) around 500hp. And i need it reliable. I drive right but if i need to i'd like to rotate the earth backwards, you smell what i'm stepping in.
