Default Anything as far as aftermarket air horns?

Is there an aftermarket airhorn that would be better than stock? Or does the stock do everythign just fine?

Just curious

I spent ~$300 to put onboard air + a set of Kong train horns on the 1st Gen:

Worth it? Who knows. They are scary wicked loud, way cool, and I'm all set for that ARB locker up front now, if I ever get around to that.

I think he is talking about air intake horns if I am not mistaken

From what I have heard the only ones that they make much difference on is the 3rd gens and dont do much at all for the 2nd's

from what I have been told on the subject they dont do much for them at all but look pretty. Everyone that I have asked about them have said spend the money on other/better mods that will actually gain you something. I dont have any first hand experience with them but that is what I have been told when I have asked the same question. Hope this helps you out man.

Save your money for other mods, I have a twin ram on my truck and felt very little difference by my seat o pants meter.

But when I had my pyro hooked up it lowered my egt's by 50 and I also lost 4 psi of boost due to increased volume
