Default ht3b exhaust housing idea for my twins

ok guys, i just sold my hx35/40 hybrid, and bought a straight hx40 16cm wastegated housing.

i have a garret ht3b, with a 36cm housing(which is totally out of this world big, didnt know that back in the day when i bought it) and it obviously doesnt even spool. my question is
do yall think i should get a 26cm housing? i know alot of people say for towing and dd that you should go with a 22 or 23cm housing, especially with a 5spd for the spool up.
what do you think i should get
26, or 22.
and if so, where can i pick one up at?
im looking to trade off my 36 or sell it for someone that will just be pulling.
id prefer a used housing

any imput is welcome

22cm for daily driving is the one you want.

26cm would be a great double duty housing if you decide to try and pull or race.

36cm is waaaaaaaayyyyyy to big and useless on a set of twins.

There is a 32cm housing as well, and is usually suggested for a higher hp app

Dan...
I am not sure the S400 exhaust housing will fit on a HT3B at all.
If they do then you do not want the 1.00a/r as its too tight and I would say a 1.19a/r or the 1.25a/r.I will make a call and see what size exhaust housing a friend of mine uses for his S400 on the bottom.

On Edit....
Other Buddy will not part his HT3B apart, sell it complete or let it sit and collect dust just like it has been.

yes plz ask him, i think their interchangeable. the guy says they are. and there both just a v band clamp.he says they are, i think im gunna go with the 1.00 but see what he says. i mostly do daily driving. rarley race, tow or pull. so the tighter housing will be ok im sure. but let me know

hammer let me know asap on the housing. i wanna get it asap and the guy says he has other buyers interested. i know im going to just be doing daily driving and such. so dont you the the tighter 1.00 would be better. i heard the 1.0 on the s 400 is equilvelent to a 22 or 23 cm. let me know asap

For what your going to do the 1.00a/r would be ok but if your planning any towing or competition then you may want to consider the 1.25a/r.The 1.00a/r is what many guys are running for singles with the S400 framed chargers but it should rpovide quick spoo-up in a set of twins.
