Yes the G56 has an aluminum case. And I'm not saying one trans. is better than another. But for daily driving I like the G56 due to the easier shifting and the fact the G56 uses ATF and not that expensive MFT that the NV5600 uses. It all comes down to personal oppinion.

the NV5600 would be.......

but the 4500 is just as strong ... your weakspots are the input and the clutch...... with the 5600 it already has the upgraded input.....

but gearing out at 75 is typical of 4:10s..... just put a GSK in it .... i can run way over 100 with my 4.10s

I would like to run over a hundred. I want the 4k spring. Whats the price range on that and a set of valve springs?

I'm still tryin to figure out why everybody run's them 4:10 gears. I have 3:59 gearing an NV4500 in my truck with the beefed up input shaft that I got with the SB Clutch and nothin but some mild HP mods and This truck has pulled 30,000 plus pounds with 33 inch tall tires on it. Unless your usin your truck in place if a semi to haul stupid loads on a regular basis or your runnin some big old monster tires those 4:10's are just killin your fuel mileage.

I've had my truck well over 100mph, not in a few years now cause I don't have that much trust in it anymore but it would still do it no problem.
