rides fine under half throttle goes through gears or on highway also has 410 rears shifts really fast with or without overdrive on it shifts 1 2 3 within 20 mph but it has always shifted like that but just recently started down shifting it self in out in out about three times

 

Have a shop check the governor pressure solenoid and pressure sensor. More than likely this is your issue and it's a pretty easy fix.
