cummins 12v

Hi i am new I just did what some people might think is crazy today. i have 2 dmaxes 06 LBZ&04LB7 and i just traided the 04 for 9k+97 cummins 2500 that has 132000miles. I do not know how to turn pump up please help

Any mods to the 96dodge?Do you have any guages?If not i would recomend at least an egt guage before turning up the pump.And welcome to DB.

5 speed or auto? And like 97 said any mods?

Crazy????...hell you just stepped up to the best engine in the market.

As already mentioned you need gauges - Pyrometer, boost and a tranny temp guage if its an automatic. (but you probably already knew that)
