any one make intake heat shields?

Default any one make intake heat shields?

where do i get one or is it easy to make one? how much power would you loose if you didnt have one? Any one do some testing with and with out it?

i built one out of sheet metal once but it was so flimsy i threw it out, i know there is a company here that makes them or you can print the template from

you may not loose power but you will loose efficientcy with hot air

im not an expert on air flow but i would think colder air would be much more efficient than warm air

Cold/cool air is denser and makes more power.
