Head work?

I would recommend o-rings and a marine .020" over headgasket, as well as re-torqued bolts or studs. What set up are you running to be at 65psi?

Depends on your set up. I'd say 38-50 or somewhere in that area.

As for marine gaskets making the truck smoke all the time. Not that I have seen. It does lower compression a little bit, and in theory widens the spray of the injector because you're lifting it higher above the piston. However, if you run a thinner copper sealing washer, or play with your timing a little bit, everything will work out fine. Thats just my opinion though.

when i started the post i was jw cause i was going to bid on a set of twins. and now i won the twins and the guy said he had 370's 10 plate, lazer cut DV's and his 215 pump and was pushing 65 to 70 psi. its an hx35 with banks exhaust housing and an ht3b. i will be running the twins 435's, not sure what my plate is but its from DDP ill take a pic when i pull it out next, my 175 pump, lazer cut DV's since they came in the auction, 4gsk, and what ever needs to be done to the head.
so now that its for sure that im going to need stuff done and you have knowlege on exactly what my truck is gonna have what other than o ringing, studs and marine gasket since i will probably have the head milled would you suggest? im mostly wondering what timing i should run on it
