Fuel Plate
You may be getting the poor mpg's because your trucks got the egr set up due to the california's epa standards. Junk all that **** and you should see large improvments.
AFC controls low boost fueling. You need boost to push the AFC arm forward witch gives your more rack travel and more fuel.
You Just need to get a block off plate for your intake horn and the exhaust manifold. I think they sell them but i would just make a plate myself. It should not be to hard, all it is is, that tube that goe from the exhaust to the intake, it recirculates the unburned fuel to the intake to burn it completly, thus giving you hot air which is bad for mpgs and power. I would just buy, when you get the funds an aftermarket exhaust manifold, and a intake horn off a truck from another state that does not have a egr set up. Get rid off that hippy bullshit.!!!!
BTW, i have not seacherd it but you may find something in the seach section on this site about blocking it off.
